How to track your order:
View My Orders →
- Find your shipping confirmation email — it arrives from us once your order has been dispatched. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t see it.
- Click the “View your order” or “Track shipment” link inside that email. This opens your live order status page, which shows the latest update from An Post.
- Copy your An Post tracking number from the order status page if you’d like to track directly on the An Post website.

- Ireland: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- UK & Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10–20 working days after dispatch
